They also differentiate the spirit by using a variety of stored whiskies, such as those matured in Spanish oak casks and wine casks. These characterful distillates are then transformed, through the masterful skills of the blender, into “Chita,” known for its subtle sweetness and smooth taste.

How to Make a “Wind-Scented Highball” (Guide)
- Fill a glass generously with ice.
- Pour in an appropriate amount of Chita and stir lightly with a muddler.
- Pour well-chilled soda water without hitting the ice (guide: soda 3.5 to 1 part Chita).
- Insert the muddler vertically and pull it out smoothly to finish.
