Before You Join
- Create an account and sign in: You need an account to place orders, check payment status, manage addresses, and request refunds.
- Review the product page: Check the product description, campaign period, minimum quantity, delivery options, pickup details, and available payment methods before ordering.
- Prepare your fulfillment details: Have a valid delivery address and phone number ready, or decide which pickup point you will use in advance.
Standard vs. Unlimited Group Buys
- Standard group buy: The campaign proceeds according to the target number of participants or the target quantity shown on the product page. You order at the displayed price and can use the enabled payment methods for that listing.
- Unlimited group buy: The unit price may decrease as more valid orders join. At the moment, these campaigns support Stripe online authorization only. Your payment is authorized when you join and captured at the final settled price after the campaign ends.
Ordering Steps
- Choose a listing: Open a campaign from the active group-buy list or from search results.
- Select quantity and fulfillment: Pick the quantity, then choose delivery or pickup and provide the required address or pickup-point information.
- Review coupons and notes: If the listing allows coupons, you may apply an eligible coupon and add order notes. Coupons are generally not available for unlimited group buys.
- Create the order: Submit the order after reviewing the details. The system will create an order waiting for payment or authorization.
- Complete payment: For online methods, continue to the payment provider. For QR-code payment or bank transfer, follow the instructions, make payment, and upload your proof of payment.
- Track and receive: Check payment, shipment, pickup, and refund status from your order detail page. Confirm receipt after you receive the goods.
What You Can Do After Ordering
- Unpaid orders: You may complete payment using an available method or cancel the order when the order status still allows cancellation.
- Authorized unlimited-group orders: These may be cancellable before the campaign ends. After the end time, the final amount will be captured at settlement.
- Paid orders: Depending on the order status, you may request a refund, confirm receipt, or contact support.
- Delivery or pickup issues: Contact the group leader, use your order page, or reach out to customer support for assistance.
The payment methods, shipping fees, and estimated fulfillment dates shown on each listing always take priority.
