Payment Methods

See the supported online, QR-code, and bank transfer payment flows, including Stripe authorization rules for unlimited group buys.

Supported Payment Types

  • Online payments: Listings may offer Stripe card payment, PayPay online payment, or other enabled online methods.
  • QR-code payments: Depending on configuration, you may see WeChat Pay, Alipay, PayPay QR, or another QR payment channel.
  • Bank transfer: When bank-transfer details are available for a listing, you may pay by remitting funds to the specified account.

The methods you actually see depend on the active payment settings and the specific listing.

Online Payment Flow

  1. Select an online method: After the order is created, choose one of the available online payment options.
  2. Continue to the payment provider: You will be redirected to Stripe, PayPay, or another enabled provider to complete the transaction.
  3. Order status updates: Once the payment result is confirmed, your order status will be updated. If payment fails, you can retry or use another available method.

Sensitive card details are generally processed by the external payment provider. We do not store full card information on this site.

QR Payments and Bank Transfer

  • Check the current instructions: Use the latest QR code or bank details shown on the payment page for your order.
  • Upload proof after payment: After paying by QR code or bank transfer, upload your payment proof image and wait for the group leader to confirm receipt.
  • Status changes after confirmation: Once the payment is verified, the order will move to a paid status.

The QR payment page may display a reference CNY amount. The order page and provider-side confirmation remain the final source of truth for your payment instructions.

Stripe Authorization for Unlimited Group Buys

  • Stripe only: Unlimited group buys accept Stripe online authorization only. QR-code payment, bank transfer, and PayPay QR are not available for these campaigns.
  • Authorization first: The system authorizes the current unit price and shipping fee when you join. The final capture is made after the campaign ends using the settled final price.
  • Cancellation before the end: If the campaign has not ended yet, an uncaptured authorized order may still be cancellable.
  • Re-authorization may be required: If the card authorization fails or expires, we may ask you to retry authorization or use another card.
