Fulfillment Options
- Delivery: When a listing supports delivery, the goods will be sent to the address you select during checkout.
- Pickup: If pickup points are configured for the listing, you can choose one of the available pickup locations. Please review the pickup time, contact person, and address before ordering.
- Listing-specific availability: Some listings support delivery only, pickup only, or both. The product page always controls the actual options.
Shipping Fee Rules
- Displayed per listing: Shipping fees are configured per campaign and shown on the product page and order confirmation screen.
- Pickup orders: Pickup orders are generally not charged a shipping fee.
- Free-shipping threshold: Some listings may define a free-shipping threshold for qualifying orders. Please follow the conditions shown on the listing.
Shipment and Pickup Timing
- Standard group buys: Once the campaign reaches its required conditions, the organizer proceeds with stock confirmation and shipment or pickup preparation.
- Unlimited group buys: Fulfillment usually starts after the campaign ends and the final price settlement is completed.
- Listing-specific dates: If a listing shows an estimated delivery or pickup date, that schedule takes priority.
Shipment and pickup timing may change due to weather, traffic, customs, sourcing constraints, or seasonal demand.
Address and Pickup Details
- Delivery orders: Incorrect name, phone number, or address information may cause delivery delays or returned parcels.
- Pickup orders: You may be asked to present your order number or purchaser information when collecting your goods.
- Changes: Once fulfillment has started, it may no longer be possible to change the delivery address or pickup point. Please contact support as early as possible if you need a change.
After Shipment or Pickup
- Tracking: When tracking information is available, it may appear in your order details after shipment.
- Confirm receipt: Please inspect the goods promptly and confirm receipt when there are no issues.
- Problems after fulfillment: If goods are damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or significantly delayed, contact us promptly with photos or supporting evidence.
