Terms of Use

These terms set out the rules, rights, and obligations that apply when you use our group-buy, payment, delivery, and related services.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all services provided through this site, including registration, group buys, ordering, payment, delivery, pickup, support, chat, and related functions. The operator's statutory disclosure is available in our Commercial Disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

2. Registration and Account Responsibility

  • You must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering and update it promptly if anything changes.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, and any authentication method linked to your account.
  • Minors must use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. Service Structure and Contract Formation

  • This site provides a platform for listing group-buy campaigns, receiving orders, connecting payment services, and supporting delivery and pickup administration.
  • The actual sourcing, shipment, pickup arrangement, and related fulfillment may be handled by the group leader, seller, or other responsible party identified on the listing.
  • Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A sales contract is deemed formed when the site or responsible fulfillment party accepts the order and payment or authorization is successfully completed, unless otherwise stated on the listing.
  • Standard group buy: The campaign proceeds subject to the participant or quantity conditions shown on the listing. If those conditions are not met, the order may be cancelled.
  • Unlimited group buy: The price may change based on the number of valid orders. Participation is established after successful Stripe authorization, and the final amount is captured after the campaign ends.

4. Pricing, Payment Methods, and Coupons

  • The sales price, shipping fee, pickup conditions, and available payment methods shown on each listing take priority.
  • You may only use the payment methods enabled for the relevant order, such as online payment, QR-code payment, or bank transfer.
  • Coupons are subject to their own eligibility conditions, validity periods, and usage limits, and may be revoked in cases of misuse.
  • Unlimited group buys may restrict coupon use and certain payment methods.

5. Delivery, Pickup, and Inspection

  • You must enter accurate delivery or pickup information, including your address, pickup point, name, and phone number. Delays or redelivery costs caused by incorrect information may be charged to you.
  • Shipment and pickup timing may vary depending on the schedule shown on the listing, notices from the group leader, stock availability, and logistics conditions.
  • After receiving the goods, you should promptly inspect the contents, quantity, and condition, and notify us without delay if there is any problem.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Unpaid orders may be cancelled when the current order status still permits cancellation.
  • For unlimited-group orders using Stripe authorization, cancellation may be possible before the campaign ends, but is generally not available after the campaign has ended.
  • Refunds for paid orders are reviewed in accordance with our after-sales policy, the product nature, applicable law, and the circumstances of the case.
  • As a general rule, the statutory cooling-off system does not apply to online mail-order transactions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Registering false information, impersonating others, or using third-party identities without authority.
  • Fraudulent payment activity, abusive chargebacks, or falsifying or altering payment proof.
  • Interfering with the service, other users, group leaders, or the operator, including harassment, defamation, or illegal acts.
  • Scraping, excessive automated access, unauthorized system access, reverse engineering, or similar abuse.

8. Service Suspension and Limitation of Liability

  • We may suspend, change, or discontinue all or part of the service without prior notice when necessary for maintenance, incidents, security measures, legal compliance, or similar operational reasons.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by natural disasters, communication failures, payment-provider incidents, logistics delays, or failures of third-party services.
  • Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by us, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages actually incurred, and for paid transactions it will not exceed the amount of the relevant order.

9. Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Governing Law

  • Text, images, logos, software, and other content on this site belong to us or the rightful owner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • The handling of personal information is governed by these Terms together with our separate Privacy Policy.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court or Osaka Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes arising in connection with the service.
